Empowering Connections LLC is open and available to provide therapeutic services via Telehealth. 

At Empowering Connections LLC we strive to create a safe space to empower clients to tell their story, shift perspectives, and make positive change. We specialize in individual therapy to explore attachment, relationships, trauma, and family dynamics through the use of therapeutic discussions. Through a client centered approach, sessions will be focused on exploring patterns that no longer serve us, in order to support and empower you.
